Direct Aid Program - Turkey, Azerbaijan and Georgia


Applications for the Embassy’s Direct Aid Program (DAP) are open from 6 August 2018.  Applications close at midnight on 31 August 2018.

Priority will be given to projects which have an enduring impact for disadvantaged communities, including refugees, women and children. Project budgets should be capped at AUD 20,000.

DAP is a flexible small grants scheme available to individuals, community groups and local and international NGOs, government entities, academic institutions, or other non-profit organizations working in development activities at community level and that involve the beneficiaries in the identification and implementation of the project.

The projects should focus on achieving practical and tangible outcomes in: community development, education, gender equality, disabilities, youth and economic empowerment.
