Payment of charges for visa and citizenship by descent applications lodged at an Australian Visa Application Centre (AVAC) must be made in cash (Turkish Lira (TRY) only).
Note: The service delivery partner will charge a fee for this service in addition to the visa application charge.

Payment of charges for visa and citizenship by descent applications lodged online must be made by credit card. Credit card is also the preferred payment method for applications sent by courier or mail to the Australian Embassy in Ankara.
The Embassy accepts MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, Diners and JCB. When paying by a credit card, applicants may incur banking and currency conversion fees and will need to accept the risk associated with any currency fluctuations.
Payments using credit card are processed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are processed in Australia. A credit card surcharge may apply to transactions made using a credit card.
Prior to lodging an application, clients may need to notify their bank of an upcoming foreign credit card transaction. Failure to do so may result in their transaction being declined. Without payment applications are invalid.
